Ibicuy port is located at km 217 Rio Ibicuy, and about 7 km the point where it joins the Parana Guazu (km 211)
Description of Berth:
Port access is by pavement road.
Pier Continental for general cargo, 160 mts long , 14 mts wide.

Open storage area : 21.000 sqm.

Anchorage place at km 208 Parana Guazu River.
Berth assignment:
Priority is given normally according to order of vessel’s arrival at Ibicuy Roads.

Depth alongside of berth: is 9.50 m at zero level . however, vessel can load up to 10.40/10.50m subject to level of the river at the time of completion of loading.
Depth at shallow pass: 10.84 m at Km 216,5 Ibicuy River at zero level.

Max sail draft as per pilots recommendation: 10,30/10,40 m. However, during last period due to level of the river sometimes only reached 10m
Coastguard regulations request minimum safety margin under the keel of 0,60 m for every vssl sailing from Ibicuy.
Tugboat: :used only for departure as per pilots advise.
Pilots
Port pilots is requested from Campana. River pilots must request from Buenos Aires.

None, no shore crane.
Loading rate:
PINE LOGS : 2.000 TONS X 6 hrs and 4 gangs
Baged rice : 2.400 tns p/d basis 4 gangs 2 shift of six hours.
Availability:
Bunkers, fresh water, small repairs only afloat, fumigation, surveyors, etc.
